Finding Hope

How can you hold on to the feeling of hope when you are overwhelmed?

Why bother? It is hard to create from a feeling of no hope.

It is a challenging time as we are in COVID19 lock down. We need to have courage and faith to stay positive and get to the other side.

Creativity helps.

Here are some things I am doing to stay optimistic and positive.

  • Getting up and dressed as usual

  • Being ready to work by 9:00 or earlier

  • Reaching out to someone by phone

  • Supporting my creative community with videos and Livestreams

  • Learning new things - some out of necessity

  • Playing my harp more

  • Giving outdoor harp concerts every week

  • Being grateful

  • Creating everyday

  • Making nourishing meals

  • Observing the beauty around me

  • Keeping my house clean and orderly

  • Purging files - both paper and computer

  • Listening to uplifting music

  • Listening to podcasts

  • Limiting the news to once a day or less
